WTAW Press publishes full-length literary books of prose and has published limited edition chapbooks of prose. Currently, all books are selected through the open submission reading period, and manuscripts are read without knowledge of their authors. You can learn about our reading periods by signing up for our newsletter here.
WTAW Press is woman-run. You can learn more about the founder and director, Peg Alford Pursell, at her website here. Our books are distributed by Small Press Distribution.
To learn what kinds of books WTAW Press publishes, you should, of course, read our published books. Both printed books and ebooks are available for purchase HERE. We are particularly interested in the words and stories of underrepresented authors. We believe that good books bring good to all.
We provide resources for readers and for teachers who would like to adopt our books for the classroom. Readers and book clubs can download readers' guides here. We offer special discounts for book clubs, including author appearances; contact us.
Please feel free to browse our website, and we will happily accept your support of our mission here.
